Welcome aboard ms Grace
Maintaining Tauck's high standards for quality and comfort, ms Grace cruises exclusively for Tauck on Europe's magnificent rivers as part of our Destination Fleet. With a maximum of 130 guests, the 443-foot riverboat and her sister ships continue our tradition of providing more space per guest on Europe's inland waterways, transporting fewer passengers than most longships (135 meters). Her deck plan is innovative; with a total of 67 cabins, our most popular cabins tend to be our largest... so we have used the added ship length to offer twenty-two 300-square-foot Tauck Suites – the most of any river cruise ship on any European river. To increase the amount of natural sunlight on the lower deck, we've created 8 loft cabins that extend from the first to the second decks, providing guests with an additional view; all windows in these loft cabins open.

Deck Plans
Your day starts with breakfast onboard… sharing your favorite table by the window with the couple you became friends with at your welcome dinner… enjoying your favorite buffet selections just the way you like them… The riverboat docks right around the time you're finished with breakfast; you couldn't have asked for better timing… As you step off the ship, our local experts eagerly await to show you around the ancient village they call home, discovering the Romanesque church, ancient square and winding cobblestone lanes. You might decide to stay ashore for lunch – maybe sampling the wares of that famous local sausage stand over there, next to the country's oldest stone bridge – or return to the riverboat for lunch onboard. You won't arrive at your next port of call for awhile, so you have some time to explore your "floating hotel." You spot the couple from this morning about to take a dip in the Jacuzzi. "Like to join us?" they ask. You say you'd love to, and are soon relaxing and chatting as you bask in the sun. Refreshed, you head into the lobby just in time to watch the riverboat dock. Ashore, a choice awaits your decision; a tour and tasting at a private family owned winery in the vineyard-covered hills along the river's banks, or an excursion to a privately owned palace in the same family for generations – and centuries – for a behind-the-scenes visit, and then, it's back onboard. Dinner tonight may be in yet another country, something you have never experienced before – an elegant affair in a baroque castle… the centerpiece of a medieval Bohemian town. Your jaw drops as you enter the magnificent castle; the couple you had breakfast with joins you, bringing along some new friends. You're all transported back in time for a sumptuous meal in a glorious setting. You don't want the evening to end, but alas, it must…another Tauck experience to check off on the "wow" list…Returning to the riverboat, you meet your companions for a little more camaraderie around the piano in the lounge before calling it a night. Drifting off to sleep, you smile… realizing that you'll soon be waking up in another magical town… to embark on another perfect day of your Tauck river cruise… Read Less

Scylla's fleet boasts some of the most luxurious and modern ships cruising the rivers of Europe. For 40+ years Scylla has been a family-owned and operated company, with Robert and Arno Reitsma, André's sons, now steering the helm. Scylla's motto, "Quality, Our Passion," drives every decision they make and impels them toward continued innovation.
